. The cluster’s average spectrum appears in a separate window. Multiple clusters can be created, each shown in a different color Frame Appearance . How to disable a given cluster? Simply close its spectrum window.
Then try to click without closing the first scatter plot. Another scatter plot appear - this time showing the distribution of the 2nd vs 3rd PCA components and so on: 3rd vs 4th, 4th vs 5th ... Clustering is available in any opened scatter plot. Moreover, clusters are synchronized among the several opened satter plots.
