Click the
button to open a so-called scatter plot, i.e. the data distribution between the 1st and 2nd PCA components.
You can select a cluster in the data distribution to view its spatial map in the main tool - just click
or
. The cluster’s average spectrum appears in a separate window. Multiple clusters can be created, each shown in a different color Frame Appearance . How to disable a given cluster? Simply close its spectrum window.
Then try to click
without closing the first scatter plot. Another scatter plot appear - this time showing the distribution of the 2nd vs 3rd PCA components and so on: 3rd vs 4th, 4th vs 5th ... Clustering is available in any opened scatter plot. Moreover, clusters are synchronized among the several opened satter plots.
Click the
button to open a 3D scatter plot of three consecutive PCA components. Rotate the view with the scroll bars at the bottom of the scatter plot window, or drag directly with the mouse.
